When I see how unusable it is (i.e. every time I touch it) I can't help being surprised no one has managed to beat Excel yet.
Excel's horrid UI has now caused me to delete several hours of data entry. If I ever meet someone from that team...

95 crashed very differently depending on hardware. 98 was fine for me. I didn't have a computer in the 3.x era :)

Yeah I know, but people tend to be less scared of smaller documents. Splitting is like violence, if it doesn't work SPLIT MORE!
IT systems in big companies are horrible. Being asked to pick security questions in German, truthful answers too short for the system, etc.

Worked for widgets, seems to work for DAP. I guess you have to be careful not to split things that are deeply related.
