You'd sort of hope that in 2018 Wired wouldn't repeat such blatantly false statements about the #GDPR requiring consent, though. Cc @WIRED @issielapowsky

I'll add that I'm impressed that, with #AB375, California managed to outdo the EU in ushering in vitally progressive legislation under an even uglier name than the #GDPR.
