One thing that surprises me: it would seem that (at least in the US) teens not only still use SMS but apparently sometimes in preference to most other channels.
Remember when Nokia boasted that they had the world's largest social network, being address books on phones (and then did nothing with it)?
I wonder if there's still room for that to happen.
