Evidently there are gaps in this, notably from fingerprinting. That’s why we’re seeing an increase in tracking vendors wanting to switch to fingerprints; it’s also why WebKit has been working hard plugging those holes. I assume Mozilla will too; last I heard G said they wouldn’t.
