Issues include: - Seller rights in a monopsony (or oligopsony but that's hardly a real difference) are a joke. - It means that lying about yourself to a service is theft/fraud. - What happens to the closeted gay kid asked for his orientation on the network du jour?

Do they lie and incur fraud charges? Do they refuse to disclose and be suspiciously one of very few who don't say? It's like labour without labour rights.
