Yeah, I agree with @swodinsky, this looks like vanilla IP householding. You're using Safari which means you're protected from cookie identification but the trackers still load. So if whatever site you looked at the coffee maker on had the Pixel you're made!
I'm curious, did you look it up on a brand site and get an ad for another brand? Or on an ecommerce site and got an ad to buy elsewhere? Because if so that's a neat smoking gun for the harms of tracking to publishers, brands, and businesses!
