As expected, Big Tech is using the EO to shore up support for CDA230.
CDA230 hurts innovation by supporting runaway monopolies and harms free speech by providing safe haven to large-scale harassment. The EO is bad, but that doesn't make CDA230 good.
We expect better, @Policy.
