I don’t need psychological safety. I need to work for an organisation with the wherewithal to tell the difference between publishing a variety of opinions and being a mouthpiece for intimidation and disinformation. If the mission is fake, then the money’s much better in tech.

I will add that @bariweiss's thread shows no interest in finding out the facts of the situation. It's all just a pretext to shoehorn reality into some convenient preexisting position. With respect, that's not opinion writing, it's just a rant. Fact check:
