I think that a good question to ask of new web technologies is whether they help or halt the continued centralisation of the web. As defined, this one solidifies the massive centralising landgrab made by AMP. That's not a great option.

What I'm still somewhat puzzled about is that what seem to be the most important use cases don't require that. Single origin, unsigned bundles would seem like the logical experiment to start with, and judge issues and the need for increments from there.
