I see what you mean but I'm still not sure it's sufficient. Maybe we just disagree on this :) I see what you describe as the virtue of care, which is important, but isn't the only one. (Disclaimer: I like virtue ethics, eg. Shannor Vallor's "Technology and the Virtues".)
