"The Utopia of Rules: On Technology, Stupidity, and the Secret Joys of Bureaucracy", by David Graeber. This book makes thinking about bureaucracy fascinating. It does not always deliver as much as I would have liked it to on its promises, but it suggests great avenues to explore.♥ 5↺ 1
