I started out just wanting to make tech do good things for people; it looked like it could. Entering my 25th year on the job it feels like the best I’ve managed is barely treading water. Indeed there’s no way to fix anything without falling in. Now looking at order management…

Sometimes I wonder if I shouldn’t just give up and go work for the platforms. Nice comfy people who just pat each other on the back that they’re doing great and are a gift to the world, ignore all the problems as coming from cranky jealous unrealistic people. Seems comfy.
