Billie Berthezène Berjon (05 April 2007—14 December 2020) passed away purring quietly earlier today.

She never did quite get that squirrel.

She did, however, manage to catch more than one sandwich.

She sure did get a lot of reading done.

Creative destruction was more than a process to her, it was a way of life.

Her purr and cuddles were strong, but she never gave up savagely biting my ankles and forearms by surprise, either.

In retrospect, cats passing the mirror test should have been obvious from their sense of aesthetics. Farewell, old friend. 🖤
