It's still just a toy theory, and I might not bother digging more. And there are plenty of good values in there! But values are one thing, how they are implemented matters too (in the real world, in imagination things can pan out).

Taylorism was supposed to eliminate class differences (by making work more efficient and everyone rich). Nice values with bad implementations bite back!

Technocratic, engineered society, computers just answer questions, meritocracy, little politics... That world sounds nice, but trying to build it would look quite different I fear.
