I was thinking the same thing! From what I put together, there's no gain in being someone who brings "stop energy" but you can always very easily move to another team. So, structurally, the people who know something's a bad idea don't stick around to help.

That's how, whenever you talk to someone sensible there, you always get "oh yeah, that's clearly bad — it's with this other team, I honestly don't know what they're thinking. We're more like lots of different tribes." Strong confirmation bias potential :-/
