It's the name some employees described it with, I don't know if it's labelled as such. I think it's in TB? The level that's neither arrivals nor departures (but has security).

It's not an oasis of wonder, mind you, but when you send off an UM you have to wait at the airport until they take off, which is usually hours. And doing that there is nicer than elsewhere, which isn't much but appreciated!
