Yeah, it hasn't changed yet, but it's in the process of changing. I've been looking at DAOs too for this, and there's a lot of interesting work, but I want to focus on figuring out the governance first. The rest is implementation details.

The impression I'm getting from a lot of co-op/blockchain world is that the blockchain part will either turn out to be unnecessary or a convenient implementation detail but only rarely core. We'll see!
