It's still not high enough. Those companies are operating with supracompetitive margins that are easily within or above that range — and breaking the law helps support a monopoly position (because who else can feed that many lawyer?).

Say you're even "only" getting 20% margin. It takes multiple years for a decision to happen but the fine only takes one year's turnover, so you're still profitable. And *even* if all the profit were taken, you've still used the leverage to kill the market, you *still* win.

You want to make this actually work? We need to talk about making the people directly responsible — at least financially. I don't believe in prison, but I won't complain if Zuck & Sundar go to jail, they deserve it more than most of the people there.
