Right, it might be worth listing the differences so people can know if they want to move. The healthcare costs alone make a huge difference. Americans know it's bad but they have no idea how bad.

And you're right about groceries. In Princeton it'd be hard to get it below $400 for a family of 4, if you don't want to live on horrendous processed food. In Brussels we're annoyed because we're not making it to €150 which is where delivery is free...
