I have several hypotheses. 1/ MOOCs tend to follow a format matching university classes. They won’t help those for whom that didn’t work out

2/ They often assume the ability to dedicate a solid chunk of time at once. This won’t work if your spare time is «interstitial».

3/ Video is a bad format for commuting (esp. by car). Who commutes most? Not the rich.

I know lots of you are doing good with MOOCs. I’m not pointing fingers, just saying we can do better than college-educated talks to same.
