Seriously kids: if you're emailing someone who does computer things and you're not ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that they're "just" users, address them as "Overlord/Overlady Firstname the Magnificent" or "Protector of the Realm" NOT "Dear Sir" or "Compliments of the day".
