There's some signal, well more than anecdotal, that Facebook is having trouble recruiting, at least out of college. Yes, it might be top-funnel.

Also, I'm not sure that this is the best metric. Several people I know who've recently joined Google have told me "sure, they're evil, but I might as well get some of the money before they get knocked back to size."
