Self-governance as a group is kind of what anarchism is after, though 😉

Perhaps more to the point: there is a libertarian idea of decentralisation that, like most of libertarianism, does not understand the value of institutions. Self-organisation at the local level to manage commons and public goods, though, is the done right version.
