Google: hey, if we make the "Update" button turn orange then red when people fall behind Chrome versions, maybe they'll upgrade more! Literally every meeting I'm in in which a Chrome user shares their screen:

The fun part is that I've pointed this out to people quite a few times and the response has been "what red button." This tells you everything you need to know about why click-through consent is never informed consent: if it's not the task you're accomplishing, it doesn't exist.
