Details still being hashed out, I wasn't meaning to announce, just to share the acronym. How these usually work is: anyone with a position paper accepted by the programme committee, which is often just anyone with a position paper if there's enough room.

That's for "allowed", I'd also like to make it so that it's not just people who can afford it easily. But I need to find a good location before looking into that.
