Oh there's more! I love how when some part of the UI is conditional, it does a slow server roundtrip for it and will wipe out anything you entered after the conditional point because you hadn't seen that it was doing something else.

A few months back they also introduced a bug in which it would prompt a confusing save dialog onbeforeunload on EVERY page. It was brutal. It also shows that someone is actually maintaining that system, which is terrifying in more ways than one.

Also, having done this in parallel with someone else: the session timeouts are for everyone at the same time. Clearly sessions are in-memory (because why store?) and either it regularly crashes or there's a memory leak and they force-restart it every ~twenty minutes.

Anyway, good luck to you. Right now we're stuck on different continents and the next visa appointment we could get (so far) is April 2022.
