Replying to @dmarti and @Chronotope
I've been meaning to look through the various mechanisms proposed for FPS to see if one could be reusable. I'm not interested in most of the FPS use cases, but I can think of useful things to do with the idea of sets of origins (though we need different sets for diff uses)!
