Thanks! Creating sensitive info topics would only become a problem if we allow leagues to create their own taxonomies (not just models). I don't want to solve that before there's reason to, but I can think of ways. One way is to require that taxonomies be in a registry.

The assumption here would be that there could be open taxonomies, but that there won't be *that* many overall, and so adding a bureaucratic review step is viable. I think that's fair.

I don't think the league incentivises large 1Ps — the best set up would actually be a mix of large and small, or even a whole bunch of small with strong topic signals.
