I think that I largely agree with you, I'd like to think that I'm not yada-yadaing it away so much as limiting myself to 280 chars :) I'm not interested in copyright maximalism, I'm interested in funding the provision of journalism.

I don't think that forbidding the reuse of professionally produced and checked facts is good. These should be in a commons! But I don't think that pretending that using these is "just linking" helps us get at the problem. That's the point I was trying to make.
