You make good points, but isn't working on a ban a great way to map that out? • Announce a ban on the high-level services (G Search, FB, Insta…) with 6mo notice to give small businesses time to migrate. • Ban integration tier (identity, GA) one a 1yr deadline.

• Then more basic infra like cloud stuff, give it 3yrs. This is very coarse to fit into Twitter, but I think a path can be devised.
